At Vitabiotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange items that are in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
